Chaste Tree Berries (Vitex agnus-castus) are dried, whole fruits of the chaste tree that are harvested when mature. Chaste trees are native to Southeastern Europe, the Mediterranean, and North Africa. Its berries and leaves are traditional wellness herbs, primarily used by women. Our berries have a bitter and peppery flavor with warm spiciness, and a distinctly spicy aroma with piney notes.
