Frontier Co-op Bulk Cut & Sifted Stinging Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica) is a high-quality herb with a pleasantly herbaceous taste with a slight bitterness and a faint herbaceous aroma. Nettle is used as a rejuvenating wellness tea, in some foods and as a ingredient in shampoos, hair rinses and skin care products. The fresh leaves irritate the skin, but the "stinging" sensation isn't present in the dried herb.
